Unfortunately, if you have purchased your Nanogen products via one of our stockists, you will need to arrange your return with them directly in accordance with their own returns policy.

We reserve the right to amend or cancel this promotional returns policy at any time. We are required to inform you of your standard cancellation rights within the EU and UK.

HOW DO I RETURN A PRODUCT?

While we’re sorry to hear you wish to return product to us, we understand that sometimes this is necesary and we aim to make this as simple as possible for you.

Please contact us, including your order number, and we'll provide you with a returns reference number and details on how to return the product(s). Once we receive your product(s), we'll issue you with a refund. Our returns address is;

YOUR CANCELLATION RIGHTS:

When an EU based consumer is purchasing products from an EU based company (including a UK based company/consumer in the event, and at the moment, of the UK leaving the European Union where there is a so-called 'implementation period' in place such that the same relevant rules apply to UK companies as to when the UK was a member of the European Union), you are legally entitled to cancel your order within 14 days, as per section 8 of our terms and conditions.

Should you wish to cancel your order after this has been shipped, please follow the returns procedure above. Returns due to cancellation after shipping are done so at your own expense, please send these by recorded delivery and retain proof of postage.
